for how i see most interactions, i seem to be so disgusted by how people associate a quality unrelated to an individual, and correlate it with a negative quality. what i mean by that is how race, gender, and political stances are somehow always involved when criticizing people.
i am familiar with the topic of transitioning as i myself (even though i havent made an attempt to transition) : am a genderqueer individual, and with the process of transitioning there is detransitioning. both topic are contentious but i dont seem to understand why both are heavily abhorred by either the left, or right side of politics. the right side of politics (or those whom have beliefs that aligned, associated with it) has, and will continue to discriminate towards those who want to transition, or those who want to present themselves in an unconventional manner, and ofcourse i have a simple argument against the discrimination upon those who want to modify their appearance: as long as the person agrees to, and isnt being cruel, nor harmful, they may go through the procedure, and i believe the same with detransitioning.
transgender (those who fall under the umbrella of the term included) people have been discriminated throughout history for presenting themselves in a way that seems comfortable to them but odd to those who conform to gender standards. most transgender people have been insulted, bashed in all forms, and i believe that the discrimination they (me included) have faced is incredibly unfair. but those who formerly identified as transgender also faced a form of prejudice from primarily those who are queer, and i find that whole quarrel to be so confusing, confusing in a way that i cannot understand why they cannot understand eachother.
i may be writing too much on this topic but to explain it in a way: just because transgender people have been discriminated doesnt automatically allow them to harass those who used to identify as transgender/those who hold a positive stance on transitioning doesnt automatically allow them to harass those who have detransitioned. just because some group that has been heavily criticized for their identity shouldnt criticize others for not being, or previously being a part of an identity they go by.
i dont know what direction i was trying to go by while writing this but i just wanted to write about how i was confused by how widely accepted that gender identity, or gender affirming procedures should allow those of a opposing side (or those who disagree in general) to harass a person (who may believe in a certain political side)
anyways, i apologize if this entry is a bit confusing. i just needed to pour my opinions out into one entry. this is only ever my opinion, and i try to be as unbiased to either side while also trying to be fair. i may expand on this topic in sooner blog entries.

Most of the arguments, in my opinions, comes from the fact that it’s seen as a form of betrayal and that sometimes said detransitioner not only detransitions but turn against the trans community and most likely this created a stereotype “all detransitioners are crazy far-right weirdos harming the trans community” and it’s a bit weird because it’s definitely happening but also in most cases online is just a random person that explored their gender at one point in their life.
Sorry if this makes little sense I just woke up :P
yes! you said exactly what i was trying to convey, or atleast trying to explain, thankyou for that. it just keeps going back to harmful stereotypes given to certain political groups over, and over again :,) its all just based on context though. also no need to say sorry, your explanation made perfect sense!
