a new religion was created

one that idolizes a goddess

one that follows specific virtues and ideals

one that worships you

and i may be the only subscriber to this faith

but i pray to you every night

begging and pleading for you to answer me

for you to hold me in your holy arms

for you to take away all my sorrows

for you to cherish me the way i do you
