Fuck HOAs

There's nothing like being jolted awake to the sound of hammering and stomping on your roof at 7:45am.

I live in an area with an HOA, ( my bf owns the place and he has to contend with their nonsense rules all the time. ) and they're repairing the roof from the hurricane damage..

They gave us this little slip of paper that lets us know the "risks" that come with someone fixing the roof. One of them being: "The ceiling could crack due to how we need to repair it.. and you are liable for it. Not us."

Bruh, tf what?

So if our roof begins to crack from all their pounding we have to shell out money to fix it. They won't help with shit.
