How normal is it to think like im in a game

soooo, since ive been super into disco elysium and have heard the chat dialogue so much, i've started to kinda hear the narrating voice in my head and i frame most thoughts about other people in dialogue style format but in my brain, like i can envision the little chatbox in the corner and everything, it is a very fun passtime in Algebra, godbless.
