I was about to study for my IELTSĀ exams. I have them next week, but the app where I study just doesn't work. It's frustrating as fuck, but it is what it is, I guess. So to give my lazy ass some sense of productivity I'm writing here, in my blog. Partly the reason I started this was to practice my writing, I think it's pretty good but how could I know?
I was thinking about people, I do really think about people a lot, about my relationships. But what are these relationships? What are these links between people? These threads that connect us all with love, hatred and all sorts of different emotions?
When I was younger I used to think that friends were forever, that friends could know everything, that it's important to keep your friends close. But now I know it really just depends, it's all a game of distances, you have to find the right one for the right person, time or place. Even just now I started noticing that hardly anyone will stay in my life, not to say forever, for a long time. Some people just come and go, don't they? Some people are just meant to stay there a little, teach you something, and then leave, and by some people I mean most people.
Some day, you'll see one friend, family member, teacher, barrister, anyone for the last time in your life, and you won't even notice! How crazy is that. It kinda makes me imagine life as a bus, I'm the driver and people coming and going, in and out of my life, are the passengers. Meant to go down at a random stop to never be seen again.
