so like last night I relapsed (s/h) and it's pretty bad, when i showed my mom she started sobbing and it just crushed me, I was doing so well and I know how much I disappointed her.

You probably didnt dissapoint her, she loves you and her baby is in pain. Ofcourse she'd start crying. You are not a dissapointment, just loved. EVen if she doesn't understand. And hey this should be a motivation to stay clean, right?
