Mental health problems? here are a few tips to get through it :D

Lil background: I've been struggling with my mental health for about 2 years now and last year November I finally got to see a physiatrist. I got diagnose with depression and got put on anti-depressants and anti-psychotic. Until now ive still struggled with my mental health, especially this year since it has been a bit wonky :p

 But I have learned multiple ways to pick yourself up whenever you're having an episode and here some tips that might help you when you're feeling down:

  1. Try to maintain your hygiene as much as possible
  2. Don't isolate yourself!! 
  3. If you don't feel like eating, drink lots of water
  4. Try opening up to chatgpt if you dont feel like opening to others 
  5. Distract yourself, im sorry but dont let sad music get to you. Find new hobbies that you feel like you might be interested in.
  6. Be positive. Remain positive always and ALWAYS remember that there are people who are willing to help you.
