I have a love hate relationship with sleeping.
Sleeping is definitely amazing. Back in the days I was incredibly good at lucid dreaming. (Still relatively good at it, i just dont sleep too deep anymore)
Nowadays (for like over 13 years now) I go to bed healthy af and wake up with headaches.. nothing I do seems to help.. I tend to wake up every 15-30 minutes and barely get any rest ..
Which is why I started hating going to bed..
Insomnia really is the bane of my existence. I hope you all get to sleep properly and have amazing dreams.
Luckily my body has gotten used to 3-4 hours of sleep. Also sometimes my body is just dead tired and I sleep for almost 2hours without waking up. Makes me feel so good whenever it happens.
Been awake since 2:30am and work starts at 8. But I enjoy waking up early.. just wish it was after more sleep T-T
