March Goals and first weekly goal

In order of priority:

  1. Sleep schedule fixing
    Root of every problem imo!!! im so bad at fixing this even though I always try but I have to keep going at it bc as it is now it is not sustainable and it will result on me crashing out every 2 days

  2. Return to normalized exercise routine
    This looks the most difficult out of the list for me because I have been so low energy the past week. But if I don't fix this now it's gonna get harder to fix later on so there has to be a quick solution done for this. For now I should just try to move around as much as I can but lightly. I guess I've been walking everyday back and forth from school which is good that I kept. But I think walking more in my free time or some other light cardio would be good for starters. and then I can slowly ease back into calisthenics

  3. Weight loss goal (5~ 6 lbs)
    Stuck between 135 and 136 lbs for the past week and a half...........its bc i kinda loosened up on my eating habits errgg...im hoping to reach the 130 benchmark by the end of this month

  4. Giving effort to class and also actually trying to study for things
    I've been trying to slowly ease into this habit too so I guess just keep doing what you're doing. I'm pretty happy with the effort im giving now and while it would be nice if I gave more like idk. i gotta take care of other things first I think.

  5. implementing meditation into routine
    This ones like a new experimental goal I guess. I'll try it and see if it helps. it will probably help and i probably need it eergrg


Weekly goal for first week!
This is also a new thing im gonna try out to keep myself more accountable. I'll set up and evaluate how i did with my goal for the week on Saturdays and Sundays

My goalllllsss for the first week of march

  • Bring back bedtime to 10:30. so this means wrap everything up by 9:30 so I can use that hour for getting to bed. If I want to do light exercise before bed I should start at 9:00 at least
  • Catch up w hw: which I will work on today and it shouldnt be that difficult to but yeah idk
  • Finish another experimental sustained investigation piece -- for AP Art. I want to pick up my pace a bit bc the portfolio deadline is coming up
  • UCLA scholarships - finish application soon. deadline is 3/10 so theres still some leg room but yeah
  • Econ test - uhh im kind of lost at some parts in the unit so I should refresh myself on those parts
  • cut down snacking.....keep better track on portions on diary
  • maybe try to briefly run everyday
  • 15 min exercise goal daily without including walking or running
  • idk when I should meditate but maybe like. 5?? 6?? pm???im hoping i can make time for it in the morning when I pull my sleep schedule back but it will be a while before i can do that. maybe for now I'll just try to find some random time each day to try it
