- Survive
I did! it was really hard. i went through the 7 stages of hell. it was bad. i did it though. good job me - Exercise/Running!
failed. i tried to get some exercise here and then but I definitely fell off compared to last month - Weight loss
goal was lose 7 lbs but i lost like 2. but thats like better than gaining bc i was lowk scared since i ate a lot at korea - Get better at planning + following the plan
umm i think i developed a little bit more discipline but im still not that good at this - SLEEP SCHEDULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
did not fucking fix this. my 2 weeks back at school was hell because i was sleep-deprived the whole week
===========================
OVERALL
- My routine came crashing down but im glad that theres still remnants of it left like..its not like i completely lost all of it
- March will be a new month and a new start so im hoping i can use some of that energy to slowly ease back into a better routine
- I at least kept trying to journal through this tough month and i think it helped a lot with just understanding where im at
- I will probably recycle most of these goals for march but i think i should commit to setting weekly goals too so that I can monitor the process more
Definitely a month! I got impatient and disappointed in myself when I couldn't really fully get back to where I was during the past 2 weeks of school but also I realize it doesn't really help to stay in that mind space. Like even if I'm disappointed in myself it doesn't change the fact that I still feel lazy and low-energy and depressed. I have to get better at playing the long game and also being more realistic/sustainable
I survived the month so thats whattt matteterrrss!!!!!!!!
