22 | post grad update

hihi

lots of things going on. mostly small.

1) job search

I work at a medium sized public library right now. library assistant (customer service) $19.10/hr. Double what i used to make but its only part time so net about $1300/month. not livable with rent calculated, so i still live at home with my family. I'm going to quit soon. I got an interview offer for a top university in Indiana for an admin position. highest pay is 24/hr. I'm gonna ask for 22 if they offer me. 

2) work

speaking of jobs, i literally was going to quit after 2 weeks because it was too much and the patrons were just really...ridiculous. many homeless folk who are irritable and take their anger out on me. old people too. I don't mind those groups, but they also have a higher percentage of problematic behavior. One man regularly harasses me verbally. i tune it out because thats just customer service but man...i cant wait to not work a public-facing job.

3) friends

Not too successful in meeting people after graduation. my co-workers are nice though. wouldn't really be friends with them outside work though. 

4) dating

currently talking to someone right now. he's really chill but hes conservative. I can't tell what kind of conservative he is. it seems like hes only economically conservative but idk. I kinda want to give up till i get a stable job and a car and fix the damn cavities in my teeth lol.

5) sugaring

I ghosted splenda father. he annoyed me. I found out he has a daughter and son even thought he said he doesn't have kids. i dont like liars. he also didnt get my my birthday gift. i gave him a link to what i want then he ghosted me for a month. came back and said "family issues" BlTCH its called Christmas!! you spent time with your KIDS. thats not a family "issue." whatever. i don't care for him now that i have a job that doesn't pay pennies.
