hooray I finally updated by OCD info-sheet after almost 2 years on break. I think it's a fun read (because I wrote it), but I will admit the visuals are Ugly.

I'm gonna read over it again and change some text if necessary, because I noticed I disagree with some of my wording from back then.

I don't know if I'm not putting enough effort in finding the spaces, but I haven't seen anyone upload their (OCD) rituals online before... The way people talk about "having OCD" in Twitter and TikTok (as I've seen) are kind of more... cosmically horrific things like dying loved ones or God speaking to them to act on their compulsions. Scary.
