Went ok. I had a hard time getting into this one. An object in motion and all that. It's hard to go from doing nothing to exercising.

Dumbell Bench Press 2xfailure/10
(I'm doing about 25 for failure. If I really push I can do more but I'm not getting paid to this.)
Shoulder Press 3x10-15
(Hurt my back doing this one time. I need a bench that can adjust the angle. I just have a flat bench :/ )
Push Ups 1x 30-60 seconds
(I did about 25. I need to start timing again.)
