The Demon of Stoicism

Stoicism is the silent art of accepting the uncontrollable, a path where pain, loss, and fate are faced with relentless serenity. At its core, it is the awareness that nothing truly belongs to us, not time, not people, not even ourselves. Life unfolds indifferent to human desires, and the stoic learns not to cling, not to grieve, only to exist in harmony with the inevitable. But there is a subtle sadness in this strength. The weight of carrying the world on oneโ€™s shoulders without ever asking it to be different.
