I just sent nudes to a guy for the first time in my life. I'm feeling kinda bad about myself. does this mean I have no self respect. I'm an adult now so I can do what I please...but is this really what I want to do? NO I DONT. I wanna be loved not lusted.

It definitely does NOT mean you have no self respect! You are figuring things out, and now that you know how doing that makes you feel you can decide if you'd want to do it again in the future. Navigating relationships/similar experiences is messy so don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing great by self reflecting and taking note of how you feel, but give yourself some grace. Keep in mind also that you are allowed to have boundaries, and you have say of how your interactions with others go. Hope all that made sense!

i kinda felt like this the first time i ever sent nudes, thankfully the only person i ever sent to is my now bf. just be very VERY careful.
