i hate hate HATE making web graphics(a small rant)

my love for this site recently got ruined a little...

and that is THANKS to me deciding to make my own blinkies/graphics on here. like for something fun it sucks the soul out of you, especially when you apparently need to buy adobe photoshop just to make certain things work

like what you MEAN i need to buy software for 20 SOMETHING DOLLARS JUST TO MAKE A SIMPLE BLINKIE??????? 

the most i can do is ibis paint and make the borders move which hey it works and looks cute, but damn i just want to make the pictures and text in my blinkies move without paying a hefty sum ffs.

anyone else have this problem with blinkies?? or should i just bite the bullet and pay for adobe photoshop?
