Started Making Ambient Music

Recently I've gotten really into composing ambient music. Granted the way I do it is incredibly simple easy shit that requires absolutely zero skill or effort on my part. All I do is get my keyboard, set it to a tone that I like, press random buttons to try and make a tune/rhythm I think sounds good, and then I paulstretch it. While doing improv on the keyboard in this process though, I've actually managed to make some songs that I legitimately like and thought sounded good on their own which I managed to save before I paulstretched them. I am aware that paulstretching is overused and recognizable and that the way I'm making ambient music is extremely low effort and pretty talentless but the final result sounds good and I enjoy making it which I think is what's really important. I definitely wanna try to learn other techniques when making ambient music though since I don't wanna just paulstretch everything as that would probably end up being super repetitive and it'd probably be nice to challenge myself a bit.
