As you probably already know, the romaji title for this glorious single, "Bel Air", came up almost by chance: the katakana title (bēru ēru) is actually supposed to be a transliteration of "vers elle", "towards her" in French. There are some other little wordplays, which I put in brackets (the lyrics and translations in brackets are the words Gackt actually sings). Also, the "toki" (time) in the title is usually read as "shunkan", meaning "moment".
Bel Air - ヴェル・エール〜空白の瞬間の中で〜
(lyrics: Gackt / music: Mana)

Towards her 〜 inside of a blank moment
Now, open your eyes and look at me
See, I still hold warmth in my hand
In this reality [moment] where I don't even feel pain anymore
What are you thinking of now?
The night that wraps around my back and I, who paint a picture in darkness,
are controlled by this ruler [thing] called time
Inside the memories floating to the sky, I gazed at the two of us dancing, and cried
I want to hold you as you fall asleep in this place, unable to say goodbye until the very end
Swaying, you swing your legs...
On this night when the pain increases, you repeat the same words over and over,
as you swing your legs swaying toward the sky
Inside the memories floating to the sky, you were gazing at me with a smile
Until the very end, I stretch my arms, and your fading voice prays for me to look at reality [this moment], softly
Inside the memories floating to the sky, the two of us are dancing, smiling, even now
In these arms that mark the end of a long night, I want to hold you as you fall asleep
Swaying, you swing your legs...
Swaying, your body floats to the sky...

Beautiful translation! I can't comprehend Japanese but your translation made sense and I believe it is equally poetic.
Thank you very much <3 If you have any doubts or are curious about something I'm here! The fun thing about Japanese is that you can play with the grammar, the writing, and the word choice a lot, so there can be many different interpretations :)
