I started translating lyrics from merveilles (1998) because it's the first Malice Mizer record that really struck me and I bought it immediately so I can check the words in the booklet. As you will see, Gackt likes to play around with words and sing slightly different lyrics. Also, we start off with This Diva which, to my knowledge, is the only song composed by Yu-ki. And yet he cooked like rent was due.
