Went ok. Nothing really to report.
Might add a core workout to this day.
I'm really glad I structured my workout week like this. If I gave myself much more to do I may have never started again after the two rest days.
---Light Arms:
Dumbbell Bench Press 2xfailure/10
Shoulder Press 3x10-15 (did 2 sets of 10, worried about injury for this specific exercise)
Push Ups 1x 30-60 seconds (Just did 20 and called it good. I hate pushups. I will do more later.)
