Devastatingly alone

Do you ever just feel horribly lonely even though you have friends and family? Well... all my friends are online, and I don't actually have face-to-face contact with anyone other than my close family. I just feel super fuckin' secluded, and it actually hurts, honestly. I guess this was bound to happen with how I never participated in anything growing up and am always home. Not only that, but I'm even too afraid to drive or go anywhere on my own, and I don't want my parents to always ask where I'm going or what I'm doing and when I'm coming back. Low-key, wanna just run away and disappear...
