Avoid them.

Just a reminder for ya'll, from someone who has previously worked for dashmart - don't give them any sort of business.

When I was working for them, I was being cross trained in several areas, and not given a proper moment to figure things out, while also

finding out people were talking shit behind my back.

"She isn't doing anything right."

I had been working there for all of a week, of fucking course I was going to mess up stocking and other things. I've never worked in a place like that before and had no idea how any of the programs worked.

…but sure keep telling my boss that JUST hired me that I was messing up.

In addition to that bullshit, I was left ALONE in the warehouse all day to pack orders, which apparently I messed up - because I was still learning…for HOURS.

I should not have been left alone.

I'm still bitter about it.

At the end of my work period there, because I couldn't handle the bullshit I was dealing with…every…single…day…

My breaking point was when I was asking my shift lead how to do stocking, because due to my learning disabilities from BRAIN DAMAGE..I was obviously having issues.

She proceeded to roll her eyes, sigh and say: "You're fucking killing me with this shit.."

I hadn't worked there that long, but pushed myself every single day in order to keep up with orders and the demand of the job. No one deserves that level of rudeness when they're learning.

After that shift ended, I texted my boss while getting a ride home and basically had a mental break down. Letting him know that I was sorry, detailed what happened and how I was spoken to.

To his credit, he was LIVID. He had just hired me, because that store desperately needed workers.

And I was brand new. He liked me. Was doing everything in his power to help me feel comfortable in my position.

He called me, clearly distressed and wanting to work out what happened. But I couldn't stomach working there anymore, not after her mistreatment.

And after I left, I found out how high the turnover rate for that place was for workers. I wasn't the first one to leave.

Overall, don't work for them.

Save yourself the stress. It will take a toll on your body and it will wreck you physically.

( There was no ac in the warehouse. Product also kept melting. )
