January Goal Evaluation!

Happy February!!!

SO stressed already on the first day because of family stuff. felt rlly sluggish but I wanted to do a quick evaluation of how the month was


  1. Cleaning

    Been doing good!!! Outside of my desk I also cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and etc like basically a bunch of places in the house with my brother :D I feel good whenever I look at my desk now because it's so spacious! I've been trying to keep a habit of trying to tidy and clean stuff regularly everyday and I think it's been going well! I sleep in the living room so I try to clean the dining table and do the dishes and stuff before I go to bed and I wake up feeling good when I wake up to see a clean space :D

  2. Journaling

    Been kinda keeping up! Though I haven't been doing a lot of elaborate journaling, which I wish I did because I think the introspection part matters. But I have been keeping up with journaling everyday which is more than my initial goal of 5 per week. I just write down what I did and write some things about how I feel about the day. Journaling is a habit I started like 2 years ago so it's not that hard to keep doing. But when I get better at time management I want to try to dedicate at least 15 min everyday to journal!! and not just before bed but throughout the day.

  3. Exercising/Weight loss

    Lost ab 9 lbs in a month total! I sometimes miss exercise and sometimes I overeat or snack too much but I've been trying to find a balance. I still want to cut back a bittt more on snacking but it's gotten a lot better and I think I've locked in on a eating routine that I like! I started packing food for school myself and its been nice! I mean it's nothing fancy though bc I just pack fruits and nuts and water lol...but its become a part of my night routine which I like! 

    I've also gotten into light calisthenics!! Mainly because I want to develop my arm muscles a bit more. The only problem rn is that my right arm is way more developed than my left arm and u can visually see it LMFAO uhhh...idk. I was thinking of buying weights soon so I think it'll be easier to find the muscle balance once I get them. 

    I'm very happy w my pace though! There's some times where my weight just stays unchanging for a few days but I try not to pay too much attention to it. I definitely feel more productive and refreshed after exercising even if I hate it in the moment, so I think it's been benefiting my mental health a lot as well. I'm hoping I can develop a more consistent workout schedule though bc so far its been kind of all over the place since I'm having trouble balancing stuff like school, competitions, clubs, scholarships, oalaiiuskhnskjgsjhgsyiyghghh.....i think it'll get better once I get less busy though which will be around late february probably...RAAAA



So overall this was a great month! There were obviously a lot of turbulences but I think I've been handling this pretty well and I'm proud of myself! There's still a lot of room to improve but I think this first month is an important part of the progress
