Uh, quick gist: it's a modern flip phone (modern in the sense that, although it is a flip phone (a sign of earlier cellphone models), it has modernized features and hardware such as access to Amazon Alexa and a decent camera (rip nostalgic vibes)) that I found brand-new in a thrift shop for like $15 USD. Comparatively, it has a retail value of like $40 USD lawl get fucked
Anyway, the point of writing this blog post is to acknowledge that I bought this phone in like Spring/Summer 2022 and I thought I only took like a small handful of pictures and videos, but there's a lot more than I expected. I felt a bit wistful because it was the last few months I had with my closest college friends before we all graduated and moved elsewhere. I didn't know I documented more than I remember haha.
Anyway x2, I'm looking to take more pictures and videos on this device again because I like the aesthetic: flip phone and a low/blurry frame rate. Its got its own appeal and I think it's silly, sooo all the more reason to have fun with the execution! :D

p.s. do not buy this shit it's so frustrating to set up. it's like those wattpads they give kids and you have like zero access to do anything. there's a stupid mandatory activation process for activating ur sim card or some shit and i am not using this phone for calls but u literally cannot bypass it
EXCEPT THAT I DID SOMEHOW AND I DON'T KNOW HOW. i had to glitch thru it again after recharging this phone from its 2-year slumber lmao. i was considering snapping it and smashing it after i thought i bricked it for turning on the wi-fi and activating an automatic update that was more glitch-proof than the original version this device came with
