wedding music

my mom just sent me a link to a spotify playlist titled "wedding songs"

moments like this i really wish more people in my life shared my music taste. i usually dont mind - i actually like going to concerts alone and i get annoyed if im playing a song i wanna focus on listening to in my car and people wanna talk over it. but man, i would love to just play music i absolutely love at our wedding.

it's just one part of the push & pull of planning a wedding - obviously i want it to be enjoyable for everyone who comes. it's just a bummer i might have to sacrifice some of the "weirder" songs i'd like to play/listen to for that sake. but also i don't want anyone to be a buzzkill if i play unlock it by charli xcx because that would be worse than not playing it. boo
