Do I just look like someone who people can talk to?

This chick I work with, let’s call her D, decided to confide in me today, and I’m not sure why.

 Apparently she got seven write ups. Stated that several of them were for not getting consent forms signed, and others were for missed work or clocking in late. D went on to explain that management, at the end of the meeting, asked her if there was anything else they could help her with- to which, she stated that they could go ahead and write her up for a shift she would be calling in to. 

Before she left work today, D also told me she would be be coming back after Saturday's shift- we’ll see if that happens.
