last night I have decided to reduce my phone time. some kind of experiment how would I feel without it. I can't not fully get free from digital devices because my major requires working on pc.
so last night I turned off wi-fi on my phone and put it far away from my bed. I didn't even set the alarm. today I woke up in silence and peace. I checked my phone, there weren't any notifications. clean screen.
I only went to web on my phone in afternoon to answer to my friends and that's it.
the most difficult time will be in the evening when I use my phone cause then I don't have to interact with my relatives

A tip that I did was when I really wanted to go online I started using less harsh social media apps like this and YouTube/pintrest because they're not sooo toxic and less hard to get addicted to. But super proud of u so far 🫶
yeah, that's why I created spacehey acc. btw pinterest and youtube are too addictive to me cuz there's very distracting recommendations section
