I reached Grandmaster for S1 in Marvel Rivals!!!

Title.

After reaching Grandmaster III, I developed a crisis about being able to aim, so I played a bunch of Adam Warlock games and lost a bunch of Adam Warlock games. I played Luna Snow, too, but I wasn't feeling it. Healing people is all right with both hitscan and projectiles -- I just wanted to do some dps-ing :(.

I played some Hela in Quick Play, but I didn't feel satisfied with how it felt because it wasn't competitive. I know I'm not particularly good at aiming but I feel insecure about sabotaging the team if it becomes a dps diff. Also, I know Moon Knight is easy and op cuz u "don't have to aim" but I was literally thinking the same thing for divers:

> Black Panther does AoE and your attacks have such large hurtboxes and you dash around all the time, so you can always get ur entire combo off; it's kinda bs how much he can do with little punishment but i never cared cause he can never really kill me as Dagger before I played Adam
> Magik is kinda busted on killing 250s ! A good Magik is the only type of diver that can kill me (as C&D) before I can save myself via heals
> Spider-Man same sitch with Black Panther methinks just a little worse(?) because his combo doesn't last as long as Black Panther, so if he doesn't kill you on first strike, he'll usually just leave.
> All vanguards: literally u cannot save yourself as strategist if the tanks just dive you unless your team helps. pinging helps!

Anyway, that's one of the reasons why I like C&D so much: I'm pretty self-sufficient on survivability at the mercy of my cooldown management. Invisible Woman falls in the high survivability category methinks.

BUT I DIGRESS. Aiming has literally never been my strong suit. It's like my Achilles' heel. I have a bunch of hours in CS:GO, Valorant, Overwatch, and whatever fps I've had time in, but I have literally plateaued in my ability to improve my aiming. In Splatoon, I also opted for the big 'ol melee Rollers. I honestly think my inability to aim well is being hindered by the way my brain is wired and how I think about things. Of course, I can improve via active training, but I'm not interested in that -- I like learning in a natural form by being out in the field and just doing/playing...... Why isn't aiming something I can improve at naturally over time by simply putting the time into enjoying the medium? I remember when I reflected in my first playthrough of The Last of Us back in like 2013(?), I noticed that I could never stabilize my aiming both in the Campaign and Multiplayer throughout my entire playtime. I recall this because I remember watching the first and last The Last of Us playthrough videos from PewDiePie, and I took a very vivid note that his aiming was so much better when comparing the two videos. I was surprised.

It seems to me that precision aiming will never be something I'll naturally develop an understanding for. It has always eluded me. And, I've been playing all types of video game genres since I was like 4-5. Utilizing a mouse and aiming in an FPS is not new to me, but it feels like I'm missing one or two more fundamental aspects that'll make me finally understand how to land headshots, how to track, when to shoot, etc. eughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
