weird day. didnt sleep till 6 AM- went out with a friend a while which turned into bio dad and him talking about cars. 

got back- bby bro started building a bookcase for me then i got fuckin scolded cause we did that in the living room and not my room for some fucking reason. 

all around i feel like today ive been either ignored or treated like a bratty child. 

i cant find the intake papers and tommorows the appointment. so im- i dont know okay. 

im not doing so good.
