Fell asleep fine, unlike others, I didn't find any difficulty falling asleep, nor were my dreams weird or strange and I didn't wake up in the middle of the night. Other than a few upsetting thoughts before that, the paranoia I usually have surrounding sleep was practically ignored.

Woke up feeling a bit ill, but that's nothing.
(I'd like to add) Yesterday, I felt as if the Zoloft was just sitting in my stomach making it spin 'round and 'round and doing nothing more.

Had to get my blood drawn, I ended up taking the Zoloft only a few hours ago. Before taking it I did feel like I've only had 2 hours of sleep, but not bad. After taking it though, my head felt iffy, other than that nothing. At this point I'm convinced that it does nothing. After a week I'm allowed to take the full 50mg, perhaps then something drastic will happen.
At times I do feel a little out of place, dazed and slow, but that just might be me.

Less thoughts on my mind and I don't get the urge to stand up and walk around my room for no reason. However I am a bit confused and pointless, I know what I have to do, but my minds just *wind swooshing*.
19:05
I'm hungry.

Less intrusive thoughts. Was having a conversation with my father, usually I'm a lot more energetic and fidgety, I felt more composed in my language and actions, but started blurting out my fathers words and forgetting what he said. (I was watching a movie, so that was probably a part of it)

(Got a Caravaggio picture book 'cause he so epic.)
