 Took my first dose of Sertraline/Zolof (25mg) about an hour and a half ago. I want to record the effects and side effects because what I've heard about the first few weeks or even months of taking the drug people had bad side effects, but when it wears off and your body gets used to it, then it's supposedly good.

 Whilst other had bad headaches, nausea, dizziness and whatnot, I personally feel like a fraud. My issues weren't that deep and I wasn't going to fatally harm myself any time soon, I have a few things that on a bad day reach some limits, but I've lived this far. I don't know. 

 Either way, I knew there might be some side effects and getting some fresh air and doing an activity could help, a minute or two after taking Zolof I took out the trash, felt nothing. Since my parents didn't want to take a walk I did the next best thing and picked up the sticks in the backyard. There was a moment I felt ill and dizzy, but that went away after 10 minutes or so.

 I don't know what can be considered a placebo or an actual effect of the drug, until I'm not seeing cats and dogs preforming slow jazz on cotton candy clouds I guess I won't know. Perhaps it will expose itself in the evening or tomorrow I'll wake up a different person.

 It does upset my stomach, not in a sickly sense, rather "I might need to go to the bathroom soon", but I don't.

 (I just wanted to add this as a side-note thing.) Weird ass whirling sound outside my window made me think it's the EAS alarm. No one else heard it, made me think I've gone mad.

 Not feelin' anything. In fact nothing really happened throughout the day. Though I do feel a few things minimised and it was easier to get through the day (nothing drastic).
