i want to stay here all night. touch me slowly, sanctify me, don't rush me. be patient with me, sweet angel, don't rush me.

time for worship is short and far between. let me stay here, as long as we can. encase me in gold and feathers and let me stay here.

i need to feel you, i need to feel my sins recede. i need to let it out in sighs and long breaths, to be baptised in sweat,

let me stay here, sweet angel. take your time in blessing me.

it's been so long since i've seen heaven.
