4. Heavy Arm day

Well I stopped working out again. It's been sporadic lately. Much like my sleep schedule.

I need to find a better time to work out. 

I like to do it before dinner. 

The issue is I don't always have formal dinner. 

A lot of the time I am in the middle of something so I just eat at the computer or in front of the TV. 

I don't like to workout in the morning because I don't want to be sore/weak all day. 

The only resolution I see for this is to get Bluetooth set up on my computer because I already workout while watching TV. I just need the ability to walk away from the computer while on discord or what have you. 


I got a great pump today. I am switching to lifting heavy with less sets. It sped up the session quite a bit and felt just as effective as before. 


Hoping to be cosplay ready for the convention in a few months. I'm fighting my hardest to cause my own twinkdeath.

Dumbell Bench Press 5x8


Bent Over Row 2x6

Drop 2x6 


Super Set 3x5


(Curls to shoulder press,

Hammer Curl to tricep kickback ,

Bench Dips x10)


Lateral Raises 2x5


Reverse Flies 2x5


Curls 1x10 (Perfect/to pump)
