unfortunate update/epilepsy

hiii it's morgan i know not many people, if any at all, are anticipating anything from me on this platform but i thought i'd give an update anyways. Yesterday evening i had about 4 seizures, at least that's what my mom thinks. And i'm starting to agree the more i think about it. They were about 3-5 minutes apart I believe, maybe shorter, and would last about the same time, from a minute to 3. I do have epilepsy but i havent had a seizure since freshman year of high school. if there's anyone else on here that has epilepsy plz lmk if you guys have had similar, or really anyone who has had seizures! I'd really love to find some community when it comes to this because I've never really talked to or befriended anyone who has epilepsy so i don't have anyone to really talk to about it that'll understand the way i'd like. I just want people to relate to and talk to about this </3 I'm staying home today from work to recover and I wanted to give an update. Y'all take careeee!!!!<3
