I get that life shouldn't be easy but I don't understand why it feels so unbearable y'know. Like I don't ever even feel like doing anything and obviously I am not stating that this is the case for everyone and that is what life is. But it is that way for me. I don't feel like getting up, I don't feel like sleeping, I don't really feel like anything. I don't want to do anything ever at all. It doesn't even matter if it's something I slightly enjoy, I just simply don't want to do it. Also I am getting bored of things so quickly it is actually so annoying.

Heyyy, if you're already at a point so low then maybe it's a good idea to try therapy? I hope you can find one single little thing to start with and get into something new and out of your head, if only for a couple of minutes a day :)
