The world today is filled with anxiety, anger, and other things. I almost failed high school, and this showed me that going crazy over an exam or small things in life is stupidity. Well, another example is when I was playing a chess tournament for my school. I was so bad, so much anxiety. I almost couldn't sleep the night before the tournament, and when I got there, I won the tournament. I thought, I wasted my time worrying, I wasted my time suffering about the exam result and the tournament, and everything turned out fine.
So the best thing to do is chill, be a chill guy. It's hard, but most of the suffering is unnecessary
