I'm actually gonna go insane my anxiety is getting so bad..
like i'm not one to flake on plans with friends but in the past 2 weeks ive canceled multiple times. and I've been losing sleep about just being anxious eweoufwqeugbqebg,,,
i know I need to talk to my doctor about it but my therapist is so reluctant to advise me for medicaton to my gp :/
and I barely even know my gp since i had to switch recently, IDK i'll pull through. Maybe.
I think I see my therapist in a few weeks so i'll bring it up then T-T
