Dream I had

In the first dream I dreamed about in some facility almost like an office building and wondering how someone died and was gone having just been killed and I came back. I think it was raining blood on a tv, I was waiting for a chance to escape and someone left a door open and I ran out as fast as I could I don't remember where I was going

Then I woke up from that dream in my dream and I was with a nurse and she said she might have to go into the hospital but maybe not, next thing I remember i wake up in the passenger seat and she's driving drunk so I take over and tell her I can drive myself home, then I drive into a lake to kill myself but I survive but it's third person, when I come out of the water my skin falls off and I keep pulling bodies out of the water 

Then I wake up in my dream again and I'm in a big apartment building I look outside and there's a massive explosion of blood so I run into the other room because I'm horrified and I keep telling myself to wake up then I actually do
