This is a VERY long blog, please reconsider reading because if it was me, I would NOT read all of it.
December 27th
I just finished my final exam and got home, and that's when mother told me in the care that "we're going on a road trip!" and I JUST FINISHED MY EXAMS, I was very exhausted (╥︣﹏᷅╥) , but then mother told me that there's nobody going with her, so I told her that I would go only to keep her company. Later we got home and she FORCED GRANDMA AND GRANDPA TO GO TOO... I told her I would NOT go if the main reason was just to make me take care of both of them for the rest of the trip. My mother guilt tripped me and started begging my father to force me to go, so I made a deal with him that I would NOT go to the karaoke event if I went to the garden. (ง︡'-'︠)ง
It was a 2 hours drive, we went from not so far from the city to the not so far from the countryside. I listened to my music, mother kept talking and doing things, even though nobody paid attention at all... Grandma and grandpa ended up coming with us, they had no choice, either my father. Luckily that day was my uncle's birthday, so mom used that as an excuse to bring everyone here, except my brother because he hated nature, like literally. ¯\_( ͡❛ ͜ʖ ͡❛)_/¯
After we arrived, to walked around the flower market! There were so many things on sell, mostly about gardening such as flowers, plants, seeds, composts, fresh vegetables, agricultural equipment and more. There were also local snacks and street foods like grilled sweet potatoes, and a lot more. There's also my favorite too, Kanom Baa Bin, which is a coconut pancake, made from a batter of shredded coconuts, water, sticky rice flour and sugar; then fry it like on a pan like a pancake! Yummy!!! ᕙ(^▿^-ᕙ)
Then we went to the Maple Gardens, it's just a garden for people to go into their small farm. When we first entered, we walked in the path, then went to the Logan fruit tree garden. It had floor mats for people to sit and have Logan fruit buffet. The fruit was very sweet, I don't eat them often but they're very good. There's a quite big seed inside, but it was very delight.
And FINALLY... after been walking around for a little while, we arrived at the flower garden! The main reason why my mother wanted to come... to take selfies with my aunt. The women which were my mother, aunt and cousin went to take endless selfies without even noticing the sight of the flowers, grandma and grandpa were left on the wheelchairs alone near the chair next to the entrance because they didn't really want to come in the first place. Heh... My uncle and father were forced to take selfies for the women (╥﹏╥). I didn't quite enjoy their company, plus I LOVE FLOWERS ≧❀‿❀≦, so I decided to leave them alone and enjoyed my time.
I walked around the whole flower garden for maybe 3 times already. The garden was not small at all, but I had a lot of time and I really loved running through the flowers with my hands touching them while running, and with the wind went right thought me as I stood in the middle of of the flowers, it made my mind at ease (◡‿◡✿). The sounds of bees were disturbingly comforting, a lot of people kept their children away from the bees, but I thought... the bees were adorable, there was no butterflies, sadly. T_T
While I was walking around, I saw a small circle seat... like a small round tunnel, I don't know how to describe it. It's like a circle decorated with flowers around it and it had stairs for people to go sit, lay down or maybe take a selfie. I went to lay down for a bit, enjoy the sight of the garden surrounded with a very clear blue sky. I then turned myself around to sit with my legs swinging and enjoyed myself, but suddenly I turned around to my back and I saw someone took a PHOTO OF ME(?). ಠ_ಠ I don't know... when I turned, he quickly tried to hide his phone. Although it was too late. He actually walked passed me a few times, and I noticed that he looked like he's around my age, maybe even younger, so I didn't really mind. He was just a little chubby boy, with a black shirt with anime on it. I was cool about it. :P
Later I went around, to the tower, went to the food store to get something to eat, got free water with a coupon. At that time I became more aware of the boy ⊙_☉, because he started showing up more often now, I kept my guard up a lot. He just showed up, then walked passed me, and just scratch his ear or maybe rub the back of his neck then avoid any eye contact. When I was walking in the food zone, he walked passed me. I turned around and noticed him looking, immediately turned away, a slight shy smile on his face, rubbing the back of his neck. I've been stalked and followed in such many ways, and I thought that was the cutest dude that ever followed me ❁_❁. Hehe. Sadly he was about to come again but his parents showed up and took him home. He looked so sad... bless his heart. ^( '-' )^
After a nice 3 fried cheese sticks and free water, I went to see my family again and... yep... uncle, father, grandma, grandpa were STILL WAITING for the women to finish taking photos. I WAS GONE FOR TWO HOURS AND THEY'RE NOT DONE YET (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ [flips a table]. My father, uncle and I went to stood there, just crossed our arms and stared in them. They arrived late like usual, brushed it off and we left. While walking, I went to the small animal farm too! There were gooses, turtles, an only chicken in the goose fence, fishes and bunnies! There was a playground too, but I might be too old. My mother told me that I was still young. I think someone heard me and found me funny because there's a mom waiting for her child at the plyground, and she held her laughter when I said to my mother "MOM.. I'M A BIG KID... AND IM EMPLOYED!!!!". Maybe I'm a funny person??... \ ˚▽˚ /
Before we left, I bought a pack of Bok Choy, a vegetable: then we left. We didn't really go home, we just went to a restaurant around there. Grandma and Grandpa argued about booking a seat indoor or outdoor, so grandma stayed indoor and grandpa stayed outdoor. Mother forced me to sit indoor and left uncle with grandpa alone IN HIS BIRTHDAY!>:=( I felt bad for him. I didn't eat much because most of the food were spicy, but then they ordered fried shrimp balls, so it was not so bad. My father and I had chocolate ice cream cones, and then we all went home! It was very late, so I felt asleep, but luckily we got home. ..^.^..zZzzZZ
The next day which was Decomber 28th, I made soup with Bok Choy I bought. It was 0.88$, and I got like three of them. I only used one for the soup because it was HUGE! It barely fit in the pot.
The recipe of the soup was just: 3 cloves of garlic, 9 white peppercorns, a coriander root, 4 small dried shrimps, Japanese soy sauce, Bok Choy and mushrooms from the fridge!
First, after pealing the garlics, just smash the garlics, peppercorns, and the coriander root by pressing a knife against it and then smashed it up to break them. This will make the flavor and the smell come out, no need to smash the shrimps, we just add it for little salty and savory. Second, add the garlics, peppercorns, root, dried shrimps into the pot of boiling water and waited for a while, add soy sauce and waited. Then you can add the vegetables! This home cook recipe is very easy to make, good for everyone, even people with illness (physically, mentally, emotionally), children, old people, even drug addicts! You can use other vegetables as well. ≧◔◡◔≦
This is very long, so if you reach this, WTF- I MEANT.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! (ㆆ_ㆆ)!!!
