Recently,, noticing the accumulation of pudge

Usually,, this is something i am unbothered by. 

But alongside that, i have been noticing that my diet has gone to shit

I need 2 watch what I eat. Not even because of the gaining weight aspect of it,, but because of Health

Since the holidays started,, I kinda just stopped making my own food and just eating Whatever There Is and ending up with an upset stomach 

So. Yeah. 

I am wanting to actually Enjoy Eating and Feel Satisfied and Energised after eating not just "i need nutrients so i will put this in my body" 

I want to say I am completely unbothered with the slight gain of weight but to be honest I care a little bit 

It's not good for my joints or whatever

Ah, at that age where you start to care about appearance a little too much 

どうしよう?


For now my primary goal is just to Eat Better and To Move 

I could look like the Michelin man for all I care,, as long's as I don't constantly feel like shit after eating and I get enough energy and fluids so I can then be more active physically 


A mid-day meal for me,, will, on normal days, usually consist of::

-Rice

-Proteins

-Vegetables

- Bowl of Soup 

-Glass of Warm Water

And my meal is heated up on the stove, no funny business, a fresh meal


But now it's just::

-Glass of Water 

-Whatever is on the table and edible

-Which usually is not as balanced as I want it to be 


I mean,, I am grateful I have food. And it is good that at least I get something in my body. Just that I think that I should get off my ass and start actually Making Meals for myself again.

I feel like I need to especially practice cooking meats and proteins,, since my little sibling was all like "omg can you make lunch for me when school starts again" and i was like "oh sure" and i want to make sure they get an actual filling and healthy meal
