AHHHHH!!!!! I WANT TO EXERCISE BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY TIME TO!!!!!! I've been glued to this chair working on finals for an entire week and my legs are starting to feel like gelatin. It's not the end of the world that I haven't, but I'd really like to get on the treadmill for an hour to stretch my legs. Also, Boyfriend wants to open his place up as a little anime maid pop up cafe. I agreed to help him because I've got a maid outfit and can be a solid 6/10 if I clean up nice and I'd quite like to start exercising seriously again so I have the energy and strength to walk around on my feet all day. Oh well, the week after next I'll start for certain as I'll have nothing better to do.
Speaking of Boyfriend, the sweet devil invited me out next week, but I won't say why or what or even when lest I jinx it and he can't make it (unless this has just jinxed it, oh no...)! Next Tuesday's his birthday, and although I have a final that day, I do want to use whatever time I get with him to make him feel relaxed and happy. He's been super busy with work lately and I know seeing everyone else from our high school progressing the way they are has a way of gnawing on him, so I'm going to do my best to make sure things stay lighthearted and good so he won't have to worry so much about getting older.
My shoulders are super sore from working on papers. I've got about five huge projects due at the moment (and that's not counting the final on Tuesday) so I've spent the last week writing about ten hours a day. It really fucking sucks especially considering I'm going to graduate soon and I'd like to take time submitting things to journals or working on getting an internship, but at this rate, I'm already burned out. Maybe I'll take a week and get back to it.
Even though we're both busy, me and Boyfriend have taken time to hang out twice during the week, which is sweet. We went out on Wednesday because he wanted me along with him while he ran some errands which was pretty fun and then we hung out yesterday to watch the new episode of Dandadan and stayed up watching Chowder. It's just a nice relief from everything to see him even if only for a little.
I've been reading a lot of manga in the morning before I start homework and so far I've finished Vol. 1-3 of NGE and Vol. 1 of Absolute Boyfriend which I picked up from the swapmeet for a buck. I'm reading Sachi's Monstrous Appetite now. I've only read the first chapter, but I think the premise is really neat. Cooking, romance, and horror are three genres I've never seen mixed together (unless you happen to be really fond of Gordon Ramsey), so I think this manga has a lot of potential to be good. After this one, I'll probably read a few of the other scattered Vol. 1's I've picked up from the flea market, but as soon as winter break starts, I'll read manga like there's no tomorrow! I'll reread some of the other stuff I have too like Azumanga Daioh or Hayate the Combat Butler.
