Don’t feel good

This isn’t the rejection talking. I feel horrible, this doesn’t feel like normal sickness, I puked a bit blood, somebody please help. I don’t know what’s happening, I’m scared and have nobody else to talk to, if somebody reads this. Please. Help me.
