just an update on my arch linux setup since last time i posted ive changed a few things
im also slowly learning NeoVim! :D which is also pretty fun, mode-based text editors are a lot of fun to use and feel a lot faster and responsive than regular mouse-centric onesĀ
heres the new theme, im pretty satisfied with it for now, i think ill stick to it for a while
arc-dark is a great color scheme, a nice soothing blue
i also switched to the zen kernel for better performance and the fish shell for a better shell experience which has improved greatly with the use of fish
ill be getting a new computer (used hp prodesk which im planning to upgrade) soon, which means that i wont be using this laptop as much, so i wanted to give it a nice theme that i wont mind having for a very long time
if you have any distro recommendations for the new pc tell me, i was thinking of endeavour for a new experience and saving on time by not doing the instalation manually, but i kinda enjoy doing that, so maybe a pre-installed system isnt for me
my other option was artix which im also not too sure on, i like the extras systemd comes with, but i do also like the idea of a more UNIX philosophy compliant init system, but we'll see
