Childhood Interest in Ripper Roo from Crash Bandicoot

Every several years, I'm reminded of Ripper Roo from Crash Bandicoot, a blue kangaroo with CRAZY eyes and a straitjacket for reasons >_>

Ripper Roo has been my favourite Crash Bandicoot character from the franchise since Crash Team Racing (CTR) where I could only really comprehend the colours and the back of his low-poly model way back when. I could only ever summon his blueness as my reason for liking Ripper Roo, which looks like the colour cerulean, which happens to be my favourite colour.

However, I didn't fall in love with cerulean until about the 2nd or 3rd grade when I was familiarizing myself with the Crayola crayons and found that the cerulean wax stick had a beautiful hue (colour of the ocean, they said (Google, probably)). In contrast, my time with CTR had been ages 6 and below prior to moving to the States.

Ripper Roo is also a funny name, no? I'm gonna read up on him in the wiki and find out some facts, like the meaning of his name maybe and why he's blue...
