3. Light Arm Day

I got in Light Arm Day. 

Thanks to my work out program being so polished at this point, jumping right in and finishing it was no issue.

I only did 3 workouts but having an easy light day as the start of the exercise week is really motivating. Instead of being a slog. 

I did not do a very good job of going to failure. I only did around 15 reps before I tapped out. I also did not get in many pushups because I tried using the perfect pushup equipment. 

I am developing a weird issue with my elbow. It pops and feels strange when close to fully extended. 

I might add another workout to this. Not sure what yet.
