Got a good arm day in.
The issues with my old program have been fixed. I lowered the amount of sets made the workout less daunting. I got it all finished, with a good pump, in about thirty minutes.
I moved my exercise equipment to the living room. Now I have more room in my bedroom and a blank space has been filled that was bothering me.
The calorie problem is an ongoing battle. I have been eating as often as I can. Unfortunately, I have to battle against throwing up when I’m around half to three quarters of the way through a meal. :/
