1 Leg Day

Got leg day in.

I edited my exercise plan a bit. I removed some things I didn't ever bother doing and lessened the amount of sets. I was having trouble convincing myself to workout for more that thirty minutes. 

I'm not being paid for this so I might as well make exercising enjoyable. 

Trying to decide if I should add more reps or add more weight. I've heard both ways so I'll have to do some research.
