Ringing in my ear

So idk if I should go to the doctor for this but my right ear sometimes makes a really weird sound if I hear loud noises. it kinda sounds like when you have a speaker and that weird sound if the foam in it is messed up (idk how to explain it lol) I don't know if it would be tinnitus or not, I just want to know if it a srs thing that I should go see someone about that's all◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜
