aw no it isnt stupid, its understandable - its luckily manageable, i hope youre able to get some needed help to get to a more tolerable and comfortable place <3
i used to have crippling social anxiety and luckily my first job at 16 helped me come out of it. its hard, not impossible. dms are open if you ever need to talk
