the boy who fell/springtime of yuu(th)

does anyone know what happened to the boy who fell and springtime of yuu(th)'s creator?? i used to read springtime of yuu(th) all the time and ik its a spinoff of the boy who fell, but the website boywhofell.com won't work for me anymore and i haven't seen updates to springtime since "hello darkness my old friend" which was like YEARS ago uploaded. i think i heard the creator took a hiatus back in 2022 or 23 sometime, is it still going on or did something else happen?? somebody please help i need to know what happens to yuu and ren ToTTTTT
